Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@k.anshika.com.
After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the product is sold. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@k.anshika.com with clear photos and order details.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the size received is different from the order or does not match our size chart.

No Exchange Will Be Accepted If:
  • Incorrect measurements were provided by you.
  • You ordered the wrong size and wish to change it later.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Exchange Eligibility:
  • Product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged if available. Otherwise, you may need to ship the item at your own cost.

All policies comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria above.
