Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@k.anshika.com.
After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the product is sold. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@k.anshika.com with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the size received is different from the order or does not match our size chart.
No Exchange Will Be Accepted If:
- Incorrect measurements were provided by you.
- You ordered the wrong size and wish to change it later.
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged if available. Otherwise, you may need to ship the item at your own cost.
Note:
All policies comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria above.
