Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at [your email address]. After 24 hours, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds once the product is sold. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at email-  info@k.anshika.com After verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Exchange Policy:
We only allow exchanges under the following two conditions:

 You must share clear photos and unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the product. Size issue due to incorrect size sent by us – If the size received is different from what you ordered or differs from our size chart, we will exchange the product.

🚫 No exchange will be accepted in the following cases:

If the measurements provided by you were incorrect.

If you ordered the wrong size and want to change it later.

If the product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.


To be eligible for an exchange:

Product must be unused and in its original condition with tags intact.

You must initiate the exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product.

Reverse pickup will be arranged only if available in your area, otherwise you may be required to courier the product back at your own cost.

All policies comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
