We generally run true to the size chart mentioned on the website or as per the measurements provided by the client, however in case of alterations, you need to ship the product back to us with the correct sizing.
Please note that shipping would be borne by the client for alteration purposes. For any outfits purchased on promotional offers or discounts, there would be an additional cost of alteration that the client will have to pay.
We start preparing the order as soon as we receive the payment, once into production we deliver the product to you within 15 working days.
