Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping takes place, and the same will be refunded fully minus any payment gateway charges (2-5%).
For order cancellations post shipping, the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges, even if the item(s)/order was covered under free shipping and this shipping charge cannot be refunded. In this case, the refund process will start only after receiving back the product(s).
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been received by the customer.
In case the items are not received, lost or damaged in transit, full amount will be refunded, if and only if shipping insurance was purchased while placing the order.

The refund amount is usually credited back to the customers card/account in 3-21 days time from the date of the initiation of refund.
